Our return and/or refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return and/or refund and/or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and/or refund and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case the refund is approved, we will also decide the extent of refund, depending upon the condition of the item, the type of item returned, and other such factors. We will also decide the method of refund i.e. whether it will be in the form of store credit or back to the original payment method.
If refund in the form of store credit is approved, then your refund (to the extent approved) will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.
If refund in the form of original payment method is approved, then your refund (to the extent approved) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of a refund in the form of store credit is approved, the same will be visible under your wallet and/or payment section visible after the log-in. If you don't see the store credit, please contact us via contact options mentioned at the end of this policy.
In the case of a refund in the form of the original payment method is approved and that you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via contact options mentioned at the end of this policy.
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded or exchanged. Still, you may send us a request for a return and/or refund and/or exchange of such a sale item by contacting us via contact options mentioned at the end of this policy and we will make the final decision on such a request.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can initiate the process from your account orders page or contact us via contact options mentioned at the end of this policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the approved value of your return. Once the returned item is received and return and/or refund approved as explained above, a store credit will be visible under your wallet and/or payment section visible after the log-in.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the approved amount of the refund (either via a store credit or via original payment method) to the gift giver i.e. the original buyer and s/he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should initiate the process from your account orders page. You may choose a reverse pickup (if available), otherwise you will have to mail us your product yourself. The mailing address where you will have to ship the product may vary for each order and will be intimated to you once the return process is initiated.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a costly item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
